Summary

We arrived to find a pool deck and patio with faded pavers, uneven spots, and weeds poking through the joints. The owner wanted a space that looked refreshed and felt safer for gatherings by the pool. Our goal was to restore the area, address the problem spots, and give the pavers a finished look that would last.

The Work

Deep cleaned all paver surfaces to remove dirt, weeds, and buildup
Repaired and leveled areas with loose or uneven pavers
Installed tan, color-graded angular sand in the joints
Applied three coats of glossy wet-look sealer for protection and shine

The Outcome

The pavers now have a richer color and a smooth, glossy surface that stands out in the sun. With foundation repairs and new joint sand, the patio feels solid underfoot. The sealed finish helps keep weeds at bay and makes future cleaning easier. This upgraded space is ready for pool days and summer gatherings.
