Q: Which areas do you serve?
A: We proudly serve all of the Tampa Bay Area, including Pasco, Hillsborough, Citrus, Pinellas, and Hernando counties in Florida.

Q: How long does the paver sealing process take?
A: Our advanced paver sealing system allows us to complete the cleaning, re-sanding, and sealing process in one day. You will be able to walk on your sealed pavers 24hrs after the work is complete and 48hrs unitl you are able to drive on that surface.

Q: How long will the sealant last?
A: We provide a 3-year warranty on our sealing services. The durability of the sealant depends on factors such as traffic volume, UV exposure, and weather conditions. Regular maintenance can extend the life of the sealant.

Q: What should I do if I notice weeds or mold after sealing?
A: While sealing inhibits weed and mold growth, it does not completely prevent it. Use normal weed and mold control products as needed. For a natural remedy you can try to use white vinegar.

Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: Our warranty covers defects in workmanship or material failure such as cracking, peeling, chipping, flaking, or turning yellow. It does not cover natural processes like efflorescence, paver erosion, insect burrowing, or stains that are deeply embedded.

Q: What can void my warranty?
A: The warranty may be voided by neglect, such as pressure washing or applying chemicals to the sealed surface, allowing other contractors to work on your pavers, failure to pay in full, issuing a bad check, or being verbally abusive to our staff.

Q: Can you remove stains completely?
A: While we use powerful equipment and chemicals to remove as much staining as possible, some stains may be deeply embedded and may not be fully removable without replacing the pavers.
